I don't think Jersey's response really answers your question, but it's my understanding that no, the whole game is not there, and more will be added and refined based on player feedback.

Think of it like getting Act 1. You get a taste of the game, and the developers will build off your response to that taste.

This is why I’m not huge on early access, I’d much rather play a full game than play half a game and then play the full game at a later date however given my history with rogue lite games it might be smart for me to buy hades 2 because by the time I’m on the cusp of a winning run 1.0 will probably be out
