I bought it a while back because it was on sale super often, it's a nice introduction to the world but it's not wholly necessary. As @solxace said, there a lot of fetch quests.

I feel like this is the game you had to do the 81 point game against someone like Kobe or some thing and it was absolutely baller

 

I’m not supposed to buy anymore games but XCOM 2 just went on sale for $3 lol I’m really glad I didn’t purchase this for $60 last week when I initially added it to my Steam wishlist

 

Great game. Got a couple of my best squad members wiped and couldn’t beat it though lol

 

Same! I enjoyed it, I just saw a common complaint saying that since it was such a short little game people didn't like the grindiness being the majority of the game. I'm hyped for the main game coming so soon!!


Crazy that the switch version is actually $10 more than the PS5 version.

No but it looks like War of the Chosen is marked down to 3.99

And the “ultimate collection” is $18, normally $164.90

 

I’m sure that content is 100% worth it but goddamn that’s borderlands pricing right there lol

Daybreak has been sooooooo freaking good, loving every single second so far. It's so cool to finally be in Calvard.

 

Yakuza 4: finished part 1. Was a nice lil side story, then was super neat seeing Majima recount about something that happened a while back....and then the flashback happened. Having played Yakuza 0 I'm HYPED now for this.

 

After a 23-year quest, collector manages to grab a rare Castlevania copy for $90,100, all because it 'was the first game my mom ever bought me'

This is pretty heartwarming IMO.
