HZD update, I'm doing a lot of side stuff, I've cleared all the bandit camps, corrupted zones, and tallnecks. The side quests so far aren't as affective (yes, with an a) as, say, those in The Witcher 3, but the world building through them is quite nice.

 

I tried out Mortal Shell and something about it made me hate it literally right away lmao, has anyone here actually played it?

 

I got to Elysium earlier on Hades and the game is so addicting, fuck that boss fight right now though

I think I’m really going to try and knock out some games these next few months.

I decided the first one on the list was Spider-Man remastered. I originally 100% the base game on ps4 so we should see if I do the same on ps5.

 

Atrocious game. I played it a ton because I thought it was me. Nah, the game sucks ass

 

That game was a chore for me hope you feel differently about it

 

Got the final Speedrun achievement in Myst. That one was pretty tough!

I'm also not a big fan of the Spider-Man game, but adored Miles Morales.

You bet I unlocked that Spiderverse suit as soon as possible.

 

I've heard that Miles is much shorter and smaller world which I feel better about. I JUST completed Spider-Man recently so I need a break before I dive in again

 

Spider-Man was decent. Miles Morales was very good. Super easy games to 100% @Colby Searcy

 

Miles Morales is systems upon systems and mechanically a lot more interesting than OG Spidey.

Also I just prefer Miles over Peter. the VO for Miles sounds a lot like Morty from Ricky and Morty sometimes so that also made me laugh quite a bit

 

Just recently picked up the dlc for Spiderman and revisited for the first time in 2 years. I remember loving it when it first came out, but man it doesn't hold up as much after playing Miles Morales.

 

It’s a shorter story but it’s the same-sized NYC as in the first game.

 

I was gifted Dark Souls for the Switch, I’m only 2 hours in but am having a great time. I’ve been wanting to play this game/dive into this series for years.

 

I meant story, that's what felt bloated to me on first playthrough. I will say the 2nd time i played through it it didn't feel AS bad

 

To be fair, both Spider-Man and Miles Morales are grindy collectathons. But MM is a cleaner version.

 

The story and villains in 2018 Spider-Man is better
