Unfortunately Starfield will most likely be on the older engine. The Coalition is testing Unreal 5 as we speak.

  2. I loved 4. I just thought it could’ve been more fleshed out.

4 is only behind NV for me.

  3. which is exactly why it shouldn’t be rushed any sooner if it’s using the previous engine.

Truthfully it kinda just goes like this

Fallout and Fallout 2 are basically an entirely different thing.

Fallout 3 was flawed mechanically, had a good story, and had really unique and fun introductions to the "Post end of the world" world.

Fallout NV was fucking perfect in terms of unique stuff, great stories, and world building but was an absolute trashcan of a game mechanically and the glitches were brutal.

Fallout 4 is basically an improvement on 3, in a smaller "World".

Ideally, the DLC would be fleshed into the main game, open world mechanic (The Mechanist was like that), but Far Harbor and Nuka World were amazing and if they were just part of the main game map, I don't think there would be much, if any, discussion about the best Fallout game.

I wish I liked Fallout more. I love the concept and setting but just get bored fast of the gameplay.

I guess I thought it was a remaster of some sort the way the news of it being released and put on Game Pass was being marketed - definitely makes sense that if it's just the Xbox OG game that there's no cheevos.

I initially thought so too, as the GP trailer made it look as if it was being presented in widescreen, but unfortunately not. Great game though, and the sequel is looking like it’s in for a shadow drop at E3 or a release date very shortly afterward!

NV is one of my favorite games of all time. I like all the others too, but they’re not among my favorites. I probably prefer Outer Worlds over 4 and maybe also over 3. I just really like Obsidian I guess.

  11. Speaking of Obsidian, the only two I've played are Neverwinter Nights 2 and Fallout: New Vegas. For me, gameplay-wise, NWN2 and FO:NV are better than NWN and FO3, but story-wise the reverse is true. And then Dragon Age (sort of a spiritual successor to NWN I guess?) and Fallout 4 are just better overall.

I love FO4 but maybe it's because I got it with all the DLC; I can see how maybe people who got the vanilla game upon release found it weaker than its predecessors.

This game comes to GamePass May 20th and looks great. Sort of a mix between Don't Starve and Pikmin. Also, loving the soundtrack. Im assuming it comes to other consoles, etc at some point.

I like 76 more than 4 and that's not me trying to be funny or different. I just genuinely didn't like the characters or world of 4.

I love every Fallout game I’ve played, and I can’t wait for the next mainline entry.

I had roughly 5 of those headsets at one point. They were actually pretty good for the time.

Really enjoyed both games. I’d like to see what a sequel to The Outer Worlds could bring with proper financial backing (and lack of time constraints) from Microsoft. Think the franchise has real potential.

4 is fine. Love the world and environments fallout brings but gameplay gets tedious sometimes. Like that one fool constantly telling you encampments are under attack.

Avowed is in the PoE universe, so it wouldn’t really make sense. I like that Microsoft are giving these studios the freedom to make what they’re passionate about

About 20 hours into Mass Effect 1, spent a lot of time doing a bunch of Citadel side missions. Hoping the story pulls me. Only issue i have is I just cannot stand the inventory system and the combat mechanic just seems off.
