Ori and the Blind Forest is so fun but soooo aggravating. Forlorn Ruins might be the death of me.

 

Sadly those guys have been absorbed into the Borg

 

Been playing this for the first time recently and yeah I didn't expect it to be so frustrating. I've died so much. Having to take a break for a few days.

 

Hmm, I never really found Ori real challenging or frustrating, aside from the vertical segment where you’re racing against time. The game does get a lot easier the more abilities you unlock, if I remember correctly.

Really great game though, still have to play the sequel.

 

I tried to play it with VR once and it got too real for me. I guess it’s the isolation factor, I was blocked off from the outside world by the headset and headphones so I felt like I was honestly trapped in that house.

 

Speaking of RE, I played the remake of 3 and I enjoyed it. A bit short but I dig that it trimmed a lot of fat from the original and I appreciated Carlos and Tyrell being expanded more as characters.

Interesting. I for sure die a fucking shit ton haha. Also the save function is super weird so if I forget to save im obviously getting set back and that leads to more aggravation.

I definitely remember constantly forgetting to save when I first played it and getting super frustrated every time I died and got set back a ways haha

 

Just started, was waiting for a sale to finally play it. I think the main gripe that I read was it was too short to warrant a $60 purchase.

 

It should’ve been $30 tops imo, which is fair considering it’s a short AAA game.

 

Finished Crash 4 today. Had a really great time with it but holy shit was it almost ridiculously hard at certain points. You would have to pay me six figures to put in the work to 100% that game

Really fun game though, and the levels were really colorful and great to look at. I even enjoyed the story, as basic as it was. Hopefully there's more and this wasn't just a one time revival

 

Yeah I loved 100%ing the old Crash games but no way would I ever do that for Crash 4. Insane amount of stuff.
