It's been happening to me for a few weeks now. Never bothered to google to see if it was a problem but there was a Kotaku article on their front page yesterday about it. Isn't crazy bad for me, just a slight drift upwards every now and then, but it makes going through vertical menu's hell and it's screwed up my sneaking once or twice in Hitman.
