We ended up opening the one that my friend was buying off of me and that one works fine. So my friend is going to buy the broken one still once it’s fixed or replaced.

Yeah that's a feature you can turn on if you want AFAIK, I guess that's how it's animated in the movie? I haven't seen it.

 

Yeah there’s a skin-mod that makes every animation he does run at I think 24fps, you can apply it to other skins too. But you can of course also disable it
