3 for the amount of fruit you collect (I don’t know the exact numbers for each gem)
1 hidden one
1 for dying less than 3 times (I think)

I don’t know how I feel about the game. Some moments feel really sloppy, a lot of the design is just intentionally frustrating “difficulty”. Levels are too long and the amount of hidden crates (a ton are literally off screen) makes it feel super cheap. Half the fun of older crash games was going back and trying to perfect levels, but I’m not gona do that when a level takes 25 minutes to beat and I’ll need a guide to even find the crates.

 

If you post in the reddit r/ochokocup you’ll probably get somebody to join you. I had to do it for a couple bosses

I loved how short most of the old Crash levels were. How much of the game do you have to play as other characters?

 

Took probably an hour, but I finally got someone. Normally I have no issues. I can summon a random in 10 min or less. Though perhaps with this boss it isn’t as popular of a summon location.

 

I’m still not very far, I’ve only had to play as Tawna once but there are a few optional levels I could do as her...but her gameplay is rough.

Man I remember the summer after P5 came out. So many good memories with that game. Even the ship palace which I didn’t care for .

 

Anyone else in here pick up Spelunky 2? I've only gotten to 2-1 twice so far but am having a great time with it. Definitely worth all the praise that it gets.
