I’m about 2-3 hours into Hades, finally just beat the first boss. Having fun, but HATE this lava level. And I still have no idea how boons work

 

The PS5 look is fine for me. Definitely bigger than what I had in my head, but I appreciate an overhaul when it comes to a new console.

The Series X was called a fridge day one and I can’t get it out of my head. It really does have a bland design with a lot of empty space.

 

I like that the Series X is non-descript and it actually isn’t that big in terms of its actual footprint. I can put it pretty much anywhere on its side, and even if I do stand it up, it is a box, so it won’t look THAT weird. That’s something I’ve always liked about Xbox (obviously I don’t stand up my Xbox one though).

They don’t really seem to give too much of a crap about the aesthetic of their console design. It’s called an Xbox and they stick to that aesthetic completely and I respect that lol.

Thinking on it now, they have leaned even more into the box aesthetic with each console release.

Although I will definitely be getting the black PS5 if I do get one because I am not a fan of the white one personally, and the black one looks very sleek.

 

I agree the lava level is really off-putting.

boons are passives that increase or enhance your main attack(s).

 

Honestly I'll forget/not care about what my console looks like a few months in because I never really look at it, it's always on my TV stand below my tv.

I care much more about the look and of my controllers.

 

I get that, but I’ve lost “calls” by taking another gods boon (not one of their calls, didn’t replace it...just lost it).

 

that is wild. I barely ever get any calls tbh

 

So Walmart will no longer be having in store preorders on the 22 for ps5. they don’t want the extra foot traffic in stores.

i don't know if any of these games will become xbox exclusive, but they'll definitely have a lot more benefits being on xbox and gamepass

I still think whatever deals are already in place with Sony and whatever games are currently in development will see releases on all platforms. At the very least they do a year on Xbox before they hit ps5

I'm still thinking I'm getting a PS5 sometime next year, but...damn.

Since BGS says they will operate as a publisher I could see them continuing to hit all the platforms in the future.




then again I could see them omitting PS5 all the same.
