Omg truly was the golden age

 

GRAW was so fucking good

 

The first quarter of 360 was solid. GRAW, Oblivion, Fight Night 3, and Gears. Man I’m nostalgic for that time lol

 

The whole 360 cycle was amazing

 

Listen, I'd totally buy Red Dead for $50, they've just gotta put it on Steam.

Player's Log:

I decided I'm in the mood for a JRPG, and I settled on starting the Legend Of Heroes series. Trails In The Sky, of course.

I downloaded the mod to apply Japanese voice acting, because of course I did. The voices kind of sound like they were recorded in a well, but you know what, worth it.

I also have a walkthrough open to tell me exactly where to go and what to do, cause like Aerosmith, I don't want to miss a thing, and I know these games have a ton of missable content.

So far I only got to the point where I have control of my character. More to come tomorrow.

I've got about 7 hours in BG3 (dwarfed in playtime by nearly everyone on my steam friends list lol), I'm really digging it but I think I'm gonna pause it til the weekend so I can power through FFXVI

 

Finished Trails in the Sky 3rd last night.

Promptly started Trails from Zero today lol.

 

Everyone needs to play Baten Kaitos but with the original English voice acting. So bad.

 

getting a steam deck just to play mega man legends since capcom and Sony wont let me on my ps5

 

Got to chapter 3 of yakuza 6 last night and it’s basically dad simulator for the past 45 minutes, then ended up beating some yakuza on a baseball field. 10/10 dad experience

 

Ah yes I love it when one machine is completely dependent on the whims of the corporate behemoth behind another machine, instead of just working by itself like it has for 70 years

 

We don’t even control our speakers with their knobs anymore. We control them with our phones???
