Started playing Persona 4 this weekend. Loving it so far.

 

I guess that's the point, PS5 first party games will actually be able to give you the next gen experience whereas Microsoft's games literally have to account for the Xbox One.

But yeah, just like PS4, it'll take some time before things truly look and feel next gen. Which is okay and expected!!

As someone who just buys consoles and doesn’t actually game, I think that budget Xbox will be fine for me for a couple of years

 

I think people really take that statement more seriously than it will end up panning out

 

a PS5 and a $300 gamepass machine kinda sounds nice to be honest

 

I’d much rather spend $300 on a series S to use game pass than spend much more on a PC tbh

 

A good PC setup with everything included that can match the Xbox Series S is well above $1.000 (including stuff like mouse, keyboard, screen etc.), I do understand that it's very hard to justify. That said sales are far more common and games are a lot cheaper, plus you get decent VR. I also use mine for work, so... idk. I totally get if people aren't about that PC life.

 

I have no plans to buy either of the new consoles for at least a year. I’m happy with my Switch for now.

 

I buy a console just to use it as a streaming service because most games are boring to me.

 

Also emulation and that giant fan-made Tony Hawk game
