I’ve never played Diablo games before, but this level in It Takes Two makes want to play Diablo IV. I’m also just assuming that the gameplay is similar to the magic level.

Player's log: Reached Chapter VII of Trails in the Sky SC.

Given I have a long weekend (using some PTO since I'm feeling burnt out), I probably will start the 3rd sometime this weekend given my current rate of progress.

 

Really excited for Baldurs gate 3 next week. I'm playing the early access a little bit (i got it a long time ago and forgot) and now I'm pumped for the final product. It's got everything I liked about Divinity Original Sin 2 plus a fresh coat of paint. I never played the original games so I'll be easy to please and won't complain if and when it doesn't stay true to the Baldurs gate themes and source.

It's bad timing though as I sill haven't finished Ghost of Tsushima. Which is a bad habit of mine, so many games unfinished (especially those that take a winding road and aren't a tight narrative.

So having said that, I am excited for BG3 but probably will put 100 something hours into it and never finish it!

Probably going to put one more evening into Remnant but it isn’t really holding my attention. It’s fairly one note and the progression — to me — doesn’t feel super satisfying or interesting. Maybe it’s better coop but I’m not super interested in finding out.
