I absolutely view battle passes as microtransactions

 

A battle pass is just a big microtransaction that gives you access to a series of smaller microtransactions

 

I think it depends on what people consider the price point for microtransactions. I tend to view them as significantly less than the game so that could still be like $15, but a Fortnite battle pass of $9.50 definitely qualifies to me.

I guess it's different for each person and I get that. I saw someone post somewhere "all microtransactions are dlc, but not all DLC are microtransactions" which I totally get because some expansions for games are like $30. But I've also seen DLC for indie games and stuff that are like $5-$7.99 so it varies.

 

Yeah that was posted in here a few days ago. It's a bummer, but like also, why would a great game get cancelled? Idk. I would have liked to see another one I suppose.

I just wanted StarCraft Ghost.

 

Pokemon GO is the only game I regularly spend money on and that's probably about to decrease a lot with them nerfing remote raids and almost doubling the price of them.

 

I will do as many side quests as possible while ignoring the main story, or as much as the game allows. I put a solid 400 hours into Witcher 3 before actually completing the story.

This does look super cool, though yeah, I'll probably get it for the Switch. What would you compare it to? How does it play?

 

uhh I just passed 50 75 loops in Loop Hero... is this normal? Am I ever gonna die or did I just snowball too hard?

 

I played the first one a long time ago. Never finished it, but it's basically a Metroidvania where the hook is electromagnets.

 

ever since jake brought to attention the lack of reading posts in here we’ve gotten so many repeat posts in a similar fashion to feeling like you never see a certain car on the road until you buy one yourself and then you see it all the time

 

Love that they added an LGBTQ pride face paint option in the Burning Shores DLC

 

I'm also loving the option to automatically gather medicinal berries. It was a little weird not running around pushing triangle constantly at first, but I adjusted already.

 

Hell yeah, made it to act 3 of slay the spire for the fire time lol

 

Using the Defect for this run, have been doing well with having a bunch of lightning channeling cards in combination with block

 

just reached loop 100. please, i'm tired, i've been fighting these monsters for so long, i just want to see my camp again

edit: died on loop 101 haha. I looked it up, apparently there's a way to get infinite loops where you're not even fighting anything anymore
