Pretty sure they just mean a version that's optimized for PS5.

 

If that’s what they mean then I don’t think they “undersold” it, I kinda expect them to upgrade their biggest games a little

 

By "undersold" I think they mean they undersold what you're getting when you buy Miles Morales because it also comes with the full Spider-Man 2018 game and probably all of its DLC as well.

It's a bad headline.

 

Ray tracing plus native 4K alone will be a transformative treatment for these games, especially in low light scenarios

 

If it includes an optimized Spider-Man 2018 and all of its DLC, it might be sold for $60.

Maybe they'll also sell it standalone for $40.

 

It’s kind of crazy that Dreams exists.

 

The VR add on is really rad. The things people do in the game is fantastic.

 

What Remains of Edith Finch was really cool. Loved the story and the art style. Nice short game.

I played Dancing Thumbs in VR this morning and it was hilarious. Not so much a game, but a short and extremely silly experience.

How much farther do I have in the main quest of Witcher 3 if I reunited with Ciri and did the battle of Kahr Mohren?? I'm obviously still doing lots of side quests and I'm going to play the two expansions too but trying to gauge how much of the main campaign is left

I don't actually remember where in the game that is, but if you have been on the second real landmass (a nordic-ish island) for a while now than it shouldn't bee too much longer

 

These consoles will never come out because they will never have prices

 

I mean, you can pretty much disregard that slide entirely since a global pandemic hit since it was published. I get that they're caught in a game of chicken with Microsoft, but it's a bit silly to disregard the fact that the entire plan and roll out of information will have had to be ripped up completely in March of this year.

 

To be fair, in May we were well into the pandemic, so while the pandemic does excuse the scheduling issues, it does not excuse the slide lol Not that I care about the slide, I just think the game of chicken they're playing about the price is very obvious and, at this point, weird

 

I am still completely dumbfounded by the fact that these consoles are releasing this year.

 

It's because the Asian countries that are relevant in this context aren't fucking up like the rest of us

 

The slide is from May 2019 though, before the pandemic. That's what I meant. Like you can ignore it cause it was created in a different dimension pretty much haha. But yeah I agree, eventually one of them is going to have to pull the trigger. Might as well do it while you still have time to do some damage control. If Sony wait all this time only to admit it's going to be £550 or £600, I'll be pissed.

If it's going to be that price, rip the plaster off and tell us already, then spend the next 6 months trying to convince us it's worth it. Don't wait till 2 months out then be like "oh by the way...".
