They’ll give us a remake of every ps4 game but not megaman legends or jax and daxter or sly cooper

 

I love Legends too, but you keep throwing it out there like Sony has fuck-all to do with it. You know it's a Capcom franchise, right?

 

The PS5 is a remaster machine!

 

Sony has money to do whatever they want and inching capcom to make it could be on their list

 

Sony isn't going to throw money at Capcom to make an exclusive entry in a niche subseries. If anything, they'd request an exclusive main entry, but I don't see them doing that either.

What I was mainly thinking about when I wrote that was that you got the ability to fly basically without limitations in the last level. Trivialized every previous platforming challenge, kind of broke the game in general. Aside from that there were quite a few really unfair difficulty spikes and just generally dull world design (looking at you, swamp level).

I will admit though, I might be overly critical of the game because of how much I loved the old rare games.

 

I'm not saying stop, I'm just saying harass Capcom.

 

It's been a while since I played the game, but I remember flying being very finicky to control, and I don't remember it having zero limitations. I remember it being similar to flight in Banjo-Tooie.

Either way, I didn't fuck with it all that much because it didn't control well, and it was toward the end of the game, so there wasn't a lot to do with it.

I mean, it does trivialize stuff, but only because the game expects you to have already done those things.

As for the world design, I remember liking most of them, and I actually thought the expansion mechanic was pretty awesome and clever, but I agree the swamp was a low.

But then again, swamps are always a low. I have never come across a fun swamp level.
