To be honest I’m not sure I’d have bought it had she not asked me. The battles are stupid. It’s hilarious at times but it’s not a game I can play for more than...30 min increments.

They change depending on the enemy and boss you’re facing, but it usually consists of dodging bullets inside a tiny box area that are shaped like hearts or swords or dogs or trees or whatever the hell the enemy feels like.

The battle that springs to mind is a guard dog in a knight costume. You can choose to pet him instead of fighting. With repeated petting he gets overly excited and his head stretches higher and higher until his head is in the clouds and he can’t see you. It’s daft. It’s funny but it can get old pretty fast.

Precisely what I said. Another enemy you can choose to compliment and instead of fighting you help her overcome her insecurities to the point where she’ll feel guilty for fighting you. And then there’s a couple of dogs who are married and don’t understand that they can pet each other, so when you pet each one they realise and you fix their marriage I think? Hahahah it’s batshit

I feel like at this point I just wanna play it and not be spoiled further :D

Undertale is pretty cool

 

If you go in blind, it's great.

I knew nothing about what happened in the game when I got it for switch and it's one of my favorite gaming experiences of all time. If nothing has been spoiled for you I'd get it. Won't take up too much of your time

Played the Ghost Recon Breakpoint Beta for a bit last night. Love everything about the combat systems. I'm not into the loot system. It's really weird to kill and an enemy in a stealth stakeout setting and see a massive green light beam emitting from their body to signal loot. It's just like The Division 2. Don't think it fits.

 

You should do Dead Space 2. You get three saves for entire game, if you die it’s over. I tried this mode once and died from first enemy.

I didnt realize its a roguelike because I didnt know what a roguelike was until last month.
