I’m just inherently bad at the game. I try to avoid watching videos because I sort of spoiled Bloodborne relentlessly trying to follow a guide. I just don’t get the same fun from Sekiro that I did Bloodborne, however. Don’t think it’s for me. Feel like I have to constantly watch videos in order to progress through a game then I’m not going to enjoy it naturally.

 

So I have tried and tried to like Monster Hunter: World and I just can't. I don't know if it's the mechanics, the story or what but I just can't get into it. It's an incredible looking game but I can't get immersed in it at all. :(

I'm trying! Maybe it was coming of the Nier train which is a completely different style of combat.

 

Definitely try every weapon. They all have way different play styles/button layouts. The switch axe is a ton of fun to kill monsters with.

 

Just finished Life is Strange for the first time ever and I just want to cry into a pillow for hours now

 

It’s seriously one of the craziest locations they’ve ever put in a game. The whole place just freaks me out. The lore of that game is so good but also so messed up.

 

I miss playing Doodle Jump on my phone under the table in school

 

Doodle Jump is amazing

 

Don’t forget Crossy Road and Flappy Bird

 

Flappy Bird is a all time fad game

 

Didn’t make it any less fun paha. Almost sold my old iPod touch with it on because people were paying hundreds for it...ridiculous times

 

I struggled with sekiro hard at first. I thought I was going crazy because everyone else seemed to love it and I was just fumbling around like a fool. But then it clicked and now I love it.

I came away with the same feeling. Never clicked for me :(

 

I echo the MHW sentiment. I played for about six hours and had to stop.

 

Yeah, im gonna try again but I don't think this one is gonna stick which is gutting because it looks good.

 

Super late but I finally started the Witcher 3 and have spent almost the entire weekend playing. I’m obsessed

Despite loving horror films I don't play that many horror games which showed when playing Blair Witch earlier, as I screamed so loud at what is the first real scare.

 

I didn't even know there was a Blair Witch game.

 

I’ve been super into Sea of Thieves the past few days. I’ve had it for forever but didn’t really understand what to do. Now I’ve been playing pretty much just that and Black Desert.

If anyone wants to come get some treasure, my GT is Caz Retrop

 

I'm loving Life is Strange 2 so far...though I haven't played the newest episode (4) yet. I might wait to play episode 4 until episode 5 drops in December.

 

Yeah I haven't decided when I'm gonna start LIS2 yet. I'd rather wait until episode 5 drops but I'm not sure if I have the self control for it. I did start Before the Storm today at least.

 

That one is decent, but doesn't have the same feel as the first one. I also liked the original a lot because of the music and the timing they used for it. Before the Storm is just a lot of Daughter (even though I like them) tracks that all sound similar.

 

Yeah I like Daughter too, but really dug what they used in the original. We'll see how it goes.

 

My god Blair witch is fucking terrifying. Gave me full body chills. Had to stop after about an hour.
