Next gen games might be smaller.

reason being they won’t have to have repeated info. Like for some reason they have to write the same shit to the HDD multiple times.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if the cheaper Xbox has 500gb and the Series X has 1TB.

 

E3 officially cancelled.

GB's take makes sense to me - a lot of devs and publishers will take to doing their own digital presentations in its place, and if they see a good amount of success from that at a much lower cost to them, E3 may be dead

 

Yeah that’s pretty much what I think. I don’t think it will be done right away but this is not good for the future of E3.

 

WB didn’t do too much this gen. But next gen they’re going full put it seems.

Harry Potter RPG looks so good, I have such high hopes for it

 

I remember liking the Chamber of Secrets PS1 game haha.

 

Now that E3 2020 is cancelled, Xbox will host its own digital event - VG247

 

the only two games my fiancee cares about are Sims and Animal Crossing, but a Harry Potter RPG would immediately become a third so if that could go ahead and happen a new console would be a much easier sell

 

I hope they have Monolith doing a Matrix game instead of another Shadows of Mordor.

 

Some of those games on GCN were pretty good, on handheld too. The ones on the generation after that were bad.

 

I like digital events more, crowds applauding and reacting to stuff always gives me douchechills idk why

 

E3 for me was always waiting for stage demos to be up on YouTube anyway.

 

The standard for console storage space next gen has to be 1TB bare minimum. They know that as well. The PS4 Pro and XBX both have 1TB which means they can't go any lower than that if they want to claim these new consoles are in fact better than their predecessors. Things like Game Pass, xCloud and PS Now are what really make things complicated.

 

Anyone in here playing Warzone? My username is zporter1992 in there, but Xbox is Caz Retrop

 

Also, I feel like it's completely likely and understandable if the new consoles get delayed. Considering where the components are manufactured and distributed from, it would be a safe bet.

 

I think they’ll still come out, but limited supply.
