Gears of War is awesome

 

it's the first space game that you will have to play in space

 

I thought Gears of War was cool when I was 13

I don’t think it’s particularly cool for what it’s worth (I never did), I just think it’s by far the best playing third person shooter series and still one of the best multiplayer shooters (versus and particularly coop) one can play.

4 also did a lot to make the story and so on more modern, which helped, but it’s still not even remotely why I play and love that series.

 

Gears 1 was lit online when it came out

the elitist view toward Skyrim in recent years is by far my least favorite gaming fad, and yes it’s a fad to hate on skyrim. Almost as bad as people who think daggerfall is good

Skyrim has its problems but it’s still an awesome game. Honestly, the whole LOLZ BETHESDA SUCKS AMIRITE thing going on right now is pretty damn lame. Yes, 76 was a massive letdown and the bag thing sucks but one bad game doesn’t mean they’re a horrible company.

 

I mean the major fuck ups started with Fallout 4. But yes, Skyrim is good.

 

I've disliked Skyrim since 2011. Just didn't do it for me. Have no issue with it being super popular though, I see the appeal.

Even if we're just talking about that style of action RPG, Witcher 3 is better in every single way

 

I personally like Bethesda's approach to NPCs more, but otherwise The Witcher 3 does most things better
