gonna be on fortnite after about 8 est. wish there was a way you could play solo with other friends in the same game as you but i understand how broken that'd be.

wish i could just run home v bad but i gotta do groceries

 

A friend and I got in the same solo game by joining at the same time haha

 

i may have to try this with one of you lol

 

Before I was The Lucky Moose I used my real name as my Xbox name, it was bad

 

hey @Rob Hughes i nailed the first run and gun on my second try get gud

also i ran into a glitch, i died at the exact second i killed phase two of a three phase boss, so now the game is just playing without me and the boss is attacking nothingness. no game over screen, no pause menu

 

The run and gun is just obnoxious :( flower guys are annoying

 

This game is a fucking masterpiece

 

It really is. Apparently in the first boss there's a parry bit (at least on the scorecard it says that) does anyone know where it actually is?!

 

I don't mind the run and gun levels but they're wayyyy weaker than the bosses and knowing that they weren't originally part of the vision for the game makes me think they were a really unnecessary addition.

 

The garden patch? The first boss that spits the three dirt balls and then the worm, you can parry the worm, and then you can parry the pink onion tear drops

 

The worm makes sense but the tear drops just lose me lives every time

 

Yeah I failed to get a single tear

 

I think it must be the worm then, that makes sense I think, have you parried the worm?

Okay definitely doing that tomorrow, I got to a B last time doing it and all I was missing was a parry and like two lives

 

My fuck, the first plane boss haha. Must’ve took me ten tries to beat it on easy. Now I’m on regular and I had an audible reaction to it’s final form. This game is a blast.

 

Me and the gf were so close to beating it on simple and she froze because she got the parry achievement hahahaha, this game has a few bugs to say the least

 

Yeah, I’ve had a few instances where I still take damage on a successful parry. I’m prob 20 tries deep on rhis boss on regular, getting so fucking close!

 

Literally loaded up the game and froze in the house at the start, didn't even realise there was a tutorial until like an hour in when I went back to the house

 

FINALLY beat her. Other than bug fixes, what this game needs more than anything is stat tracking. Theres no way that took me less than 30 tries, not counting the times I got hit in like the first two seconds and hit retry. I wanna know how many!

 

Playing co-op in this game btw is good but man it's awfully confusing at times. At least in solo I know everything is trying to kill me but co-op can be so stressful sometimes trying to figure out who's getting hit by what haha

 

Amnesia is creepy af thus far. Esp with the lights out

I got the achievement for A- and above on the Inkwell Isle One! Switching up my controls has helped me so much (RT -> shoot, LT -> dash).

The bosses on Inkwell Isle Two are ridiculous. No idea how I'm going to beat the fucking clown on regular... It takes about 20 attempts to get to the final phase and I die immediately so can't even figure out what the final phase is

 

Shit I forgot you could change the controls haha, might have to try that myself actually, seems like it'd be so much easier.
