Nice. Germany is basically my second (or third or whatever) home, I finished high school there and my girlfriend is German. It has great places too but it's not as easy to visit and hit all the cool spots as it is in the smaller countries, haha. Even my girlfriend has never been to Berlin because that might as well be in another country lmao, that doesn't happen in small countries.

 

I 200% approve of this and so want it to happen.

 

Alice was cool, albeit about four hours too long. I wouldn't mind revisiting that world though if they can do it right.

just finished Last of Us for the first time. never played all the way through till now and somehow avoided spoilers. wow. what a work of art. such an amazing example of emotional storytelling in a game. i know i'm super late on this one, but i'm excited to play the dlc and see where it goes with a sequel.

 

Apparently Borderlands 3 rumors are surfacing again. I'd be more interested but I don't trust Gearbox at this point in the game to put out a solid product and I refuse to give Randy any of my money until he apologizes for putting out Aliens: Colonial Marines.

 

Let me know how that goes! I would really enjoy another Borderlands game and if Gearbox did nothing but those games they would be fine in my book. Yes, they have had MANY other blunders including Duke Nukem, Aliens: CM and most recently Bulletstorm (which was fine until they messed it up with the awful Duke Nukem character). Despite these games, I can forgive them because the Borderlands games are pretty amazing and I look forward to the possible next installment.

 

I honestly only liked 2, 2 was good. Definitely going to unfollow my BL cosplaying friends when that comes out too, they already make it hard to like the series as is.

 

My 70 something year old uncle is obsessed with Borderlands and it's hilarious

 

It really is a great series and I love the inclusion of pop culture and video game references throughout them all. The Tiny Tina DLC is such a classic.

 

I enjoyed playing the second one with my then girlfriend. I don't think I would have liked it as much if I didn't play with someone else.

 

If there's a Pickle Rick joke, I will straight up uninstall it and take it back to the store.

the fact that life is strange makes it easier for you to get all the optional photos after the game is a true blessing.

my whole mission was to only protect Kate so I did everything to keep her safe.

 

DmC is sick and would rather a sequel to that instead of DMC5 where Nero only says Kyrie and breaths heavily.

 

It's been a crazy week, haven't been able to game as much as I'd want. I finally finished Telltale Batman Episode 2. That last chapter was nuts.

had the same thought when I was playing—so cool that it lets you select individual scenes and shows you how many photos you've collected in that scene. assumed you'd have to replay the entire episode if you missed one.

That should be something everyone should discuss here! What games could you only play (campaign wise, obviously) as a co-op experience but not a single player experience? My number one pick is Dead Island, game is only fun when you have some friends to mess around with otherwise it's a bore chore

 

Friday the 13th has been a regularly fun time for friends and I, as well as my girlfriend who surprisingly asks to play it more than I do. It's always funny when we start getting amped up or tense and all start yelling like we're really being hunted. (Though I know this doesn't count as a campaign.)

 

I'll play some Diablo solo if I'm in the mood for a mindless time but it's infinitely more fun with a few friends.

 

I personally enjoy playing games individually because no two people play games the same and can ruin the experience for the other. In regards to coop things I love doing MP, Horde, Firefight, Raids, etc.
