Ok yeah idk about shoot em up games then actually

I've just been thinking about and wanting to replay Max Payne 3 for like 2 years

 

I really love the entire Arkham series, including Origins

 

I swear I can't

 

Has anyone else played Blackwood Crossing? It's a very confusing storyline but an interesting take on the point and click genre.

Great soundtrack as well.

 

Something beautiful has happened

 

Uninstalled Paladins. Had a fair bit of fun with it, but the blatant copying of heroes from Overwatch just got a little too much... There is a tank hero whose abilities are a shield, a charge and a fireball. I mean, c'mon... Of the 6 (I think) heroes in the free rotation, there's at least 3 that are uncannily similar to Overwatch.

It's a fun game, why?

 

Finished Prey the other day. Don't know how I feel about the ending I got.

Now I'm diving back into Persona. Definitely a great pallete cleanser for Prey. Gonna try and play as much Nier as a can as well. Though odds are I won't finish both before Destiny 2 or Wolfenstein.

 

And gonna start Pyre after I beat What Remains Of Edith Finch. Which should be soon. I'm on the last Finch memory I believe.

 

That hero is based off a character from smite called Ares who has been in Smite since the beginning.

 

Mei is basically Anivia, so it's not like Overwatch is immune to copying character archetypes. If you really enjoy Paladins, I don't think these similarities are a good enough reason to drop it.

 

Oh for sure, I didn't mean to say that. But I enjoy Overwatch a whole lot more, and I only originally downloaded Paladins as a palette refresh to mix things up. If so many heroes are basically exactly the same, I saw no reason to keep it.

More power to those that love it though!

 

MHXX is a Japan exclusive MH for 3DS that came out in March... Street Fighter V is kind of a disaster huh. I mean ARMS sold more than a million copies in like 12 days and Injustic and Tekken are killing it too.

The Knack II bit had me dying

 

if i had to choose, City is probably the best, but i did really enjoy Knight.

 

Is Assasins Creed Syndicate worth a purchase? It's currently on psn for £12 and I'm tempted by it as I've got nothing other than Zelda to play atm. The main thing that's putting me off is that I got pretty burnt out by the AC games by Black Flag and I think I might get bored quickly by it.

 

It's very different from Black Flag and it's the best AC game. Honestly it's worth 12$ just to see the stunning world.

 

Had a buy 2 get 1 free used game coupon for GameStop. Picked up Horizon, Prey, and Nier. Excited for them, even though I don't know when I'll get to any of them haha
