Only care if it's still Platinum/Kamiya. If they're just trying to reboot it with an internal Microsoft team no thanks, it looked rough enough already and Kamiya was literally the only reason I still had any interest.

 

As far into production as it was, it made no sense to can it like that.

 

I mean they shut it down because the game wasn't coming together so giving it back to the developer that wasn't doing a good job makes no sense. Platinum can be great but they also can be bad, that's nothing new.

That distinction might not be a thing anymore given that they work or at the time have worked on more than two games at a time (Nier and Scalebound both presumably not being B-tier games). They must be co-developing a lot of games at this point.

It just felt weird that we got a big unveiling at E3 that looked AWESOME. It seemed like that were pretty well invested.

Anyone gotten Injustice 2? Reviews are good, I just kind of hate spending 60 bucks on a fighting game.

 

Scalebound had a few bad showings but I was still more interested in that than pretty much anything else Xbox has.

 

Fighting game prices usually drop pretty quickly. I don't think it'd hurt to wait.

It's pretty good tho.

Any of you guys see the Sonic Forces custom character trailer? I think it's a cool, fresh idea for the series that could be a lot of fun to play around with.

 

It is good. Having never played the first, and being a huge MK fan, i'm loving it. Graphics are crazy, I THOROUGHLY like that fighters who aren't superhumans/aliens can't do certain things because they don't have the brute strength, but have other specialty's. Storyline is also pretty great. On top of all that, they have fighter levels and stats for hit power, defense, etc etc that change over time. The combo system works even better than MK's. Netherealm did a great job.
