I mean, I understand what @SpyKi means, it's going to be crazy in here with all the "OMG HYPE HYPE HYPE HYPE" posts when big stuff gets announced or shown. We're definitely going to be pushing close to the post limit too by the end of it haha. But like I said, I personally don't care. I'll be here or there for the discussion no matter whattttttttttt.

 

I'll prob be sleeping during Sony's as it's always on at a ridiculous hour for me. I should be around for Nintendo's though & I usually end up watching Microsoft's conference even though I don't own one.

Oh yeah spoilers too! Forgot about that reason. Some people don't want to see anything until they can watch themselves, etc. It might be good to have a separate thread for that reason alone, honestly. I didn't even think of that.

 

Another thing is I think its cool to have that thread contain all the 2016 e3 hype. If it was in here it'd just get lost.

 

Square-Enix Parting Ways With Hitman Developer IO Interactive

First they Kill Deus Ex, now they are selling IO and are obviously going to kill the Hitman franchise. No way they sell the franchise with IO, they'll just sit on it forever.

Ugh, if Shadow of the Tomb Raider is a disappointment, that's prob next. Wish they never bought Eidos now.

There will inevitably be some spillover for big announcements and such but I'm for a new/separate thread.

 

We are less than a month away from the first press conference (EA is going on Saturday June 10th). I'd say it's time to start getting appropriately hyped.

 

My hype is through the roof.

 

Just looking forward to seeing what Sucker Punch is working on. Hopefully an announcement at e3. Hopefully get some release dates for God of War and Spider-Man.

Question for people who owned a PS4 and Pro (or maybe whoever has an opinion on this), how big are the differences? Is it for the graphics alone or were there performance improvements?

Also an E3 thread seems to be the more logical choice.

So western SE is going to be mostly Marvel with a Tomb Raider here and there. Shame, Hitman was excellent.

 

Pretty lame. Same goes for the Bioware thing. This is the fallout of the crumbling AAA sales in 2016 I guess, but it's going to do more harm than good.

 

Hopefully all the talent just goes and makes cool indie games.
