Ryse is so good, glad more people can finally play it. Loved that game when it came out.

 

I am super annoyed by it. I keep losing to Hades.

 

I loved CoM when I first played it...whenever it came out but when I tried to play Re:CoM last year I found it mostly frustrating.

 

Outlast, Sleeping Dogs, Project CARS, Costume Quest 2, Sunset Overdrive, Wolf Among Us, Sherlock Holmes Crimes and Punishments, The Walking Dead Season 1, Tomb Raider, Super Time Force, Guacamelee, Volgarr the Viking, The Cave, Burnout Paradise, Monkey Island 2, Borderlands 2, Spelunky, XCOM Enemy Unknown, Super Meat Boy, Dead Space, Forza Horizon, Deus Ex Human Revolution, Crysis 3, Halo Reach, Bad Company 2, Dishonored, Witcher 2, Bioshock Infinite, Halo 3..

I mean...GWG is pretty consistent, I think. So many great games, tons of good ones.

 

Are you using sleights? Those are super super important. Gotta arrange the cards in your deck so that you can easily combine them into useful sleights.

My sister got me Battlefield 1 premium last week so I've been enjoying the expansions. Maps are better than the base game (unfortunate) and the weapons are really satisfying. It's great content and I'm glad to have it, but $50 is steep. I wouldn't have spent my money on it

 

So if you combine cards (I think it's one of the shoulder buttons that does this in re:com) to add up to a certain value it'll perform a special attack. Stuff like sliding dash, throwing your keyblade, and much cooler ones later on. The downside is it will "consume" one of the cards you use, so you won't be able to reload it. I always had my deck arranged so I could easily press the combine button 3 times in a row and get off these special attacks when I needed to. I also always had 0 cards at the very end of my deck so I could easily scroll to the left and break a big enemy attack if I needed to.

Just remember to look at the enemy's attacks, and always break them with a higher card or combo or 0 card. You'll get used to it, if you're fighting Hades you're still very early.

 

I enjoyed CoM enough on the Game Boy when it originally came out, but I can't play the remasters. The card system just isn't for me. And this is coming from someone who's favorite game series is Kingdom Hearts. Its the only one I haven't actually beaten. I got pretty far on my original game but I think my gameboy broke or something, idk, I just remember being ridiculously confused the first time I played KH2. Now whenever I play through the series I usually just watch all the cut scenes from the reboot or just skip it entirely and play the main games and BBS.

 

I just grinded to a point where I could beat him. Not a fun way to play, as the other Kingdom Hearts games were good at giving you enough random encounters to put you at a level you needed to be at.

 

So Call of Duty WWII is most likely a thing. Maybe it'll be good for the first time in a while.

 

Wildlands plat is becoming a chore.

I feel GWG is definitely had a stronger release record than PS+ this generation. Sony need to step their game up imo. I hoping this month will be good as it's 10 years of the ps store.

Ther are tons of smaller Youtubers that are just normal people that are deep into games. That being said, I can't get into watching games on Youtube for fun.

 

GameStop took a beating in holiday sales, and will close 150 stores in 2017

 

Not that surprising. They still will have a shitload of stores still standing.

Where I am there is one across the street from another one so I have a feeling one of those will close

 

It always blows my mind that most malls near me have two separate shops.

 

That is pretty insane. I don't think any of the malls here have multiple stores. Way, way redundant

 

there is one GameStop in the local mall and one right near the edge of Clovis so I'm ok with that.

They used to have a third but it closed down.
