I wonder if that Arkham Insurgency stuff is official bull with 3/8 being SOW gameplay and not an Arkham announcement.

I've spent the last few days revisiting Forza Horizon 3....damn the game is just wonderful. I get lost in the world all the time. I can see this staying on my queue for a while and just revisiting it every few months.

One of the greatest racing games ever made, for sure.

Stardew Valley 1-year Anniversary | Stardew Valley

 

Crazy that it took me a year to hear about this game. The girlfriend and I have been obsessed all week since I bought it

 

Very few games have ever hooked me as badly as Stardew did. It's got that compulsive "I'll just play one more day" gameplay loop on lock.

 

Need to add the first Mordor game to my queue. Keep hearing good things.

 

Yeah; I still need to play Shadow of Mordor. I'll get to it eventually..

 

I always forget to stop playing and water all my plant so then its like "welp, now i gotta finish this day" and the its a vicious cycle

 

Keeps getting better with the car packs, expansions and Forzathon challenges.

 

Horizon: Zero Dawn looks solid and if I had a PS4 I most likely would try it but find it funny how many different games it looks like from The Witcher, to Tomb Raider and practically every open world Ubisoft game.

 

Yeah that Shadow of War trailer was nuts.

 

Yeah when I was watching the stream I was like "This is like Far Cry and Tomb Raider mixed together"

 

Horizon is good from my first couple hours, FC + TR is pretty much exactly what it is so far. They're just starting to introduce traps and I assume that will lead to more complex robots where my basic strategy of "look at center eye, shoot arrow" won't be nearly as effective. The world is fascinating so far, really excited to dig deeper into the story and lore and of course it's absolutely gorgeous.

 

Far Cry meets Tomb Raider but with fucking robot dinosaurs maaaaate.
