The BF1 prologue is brutal. I'm on PC and the graphics are so crisp that I can see enemy's facial expressions as I shoot them. Then they scream as you burn them alive. It genuinely made me question my actions until I realised that's the point, to show the horrors of WW1.

Saving the rest of the campaign for Friday. Gonna spend my 10 hour trial on some MP.

 

Is there any noticeable difference in the graphics when playing PS4 games on a 4K ultra HD TV when compared to a standard HD TV? Everywhere I look, it seems like some people say there is a difference, while others say it's completely pointless upgrading to 4K ultra HD. Hmmmm

 

PS4 can't output in 4K yet. That's the entire point of the PS4 Pro.

 

Man, I hope Rockstar San Diego makes another Midnight Club title after RDR 2.

Red Dead Redemption is probably in my top three games of all time so this is incredibly exciting news. Waiting a year is gonna suck though

Also I never touch mulitplayer in any games.

 

If the TV supports HDR, there should technically be a difference since the last update. There is no resolution difference, that is what the PS4Pro is for, though that also won't be real 4K. However, resolution is very much thing a of diminishing returns, unless you are very close to your TV. HDR is more visible.

 

I guess I never thought of Redemption has a sequel just part of an overall series. I'd actually be fine if there was a GTA Vice City 2, if it was a direct sequel to Vice City. Red Dead Redemption was a standalone game in my mind.

People really need to get over Red Dead Revolver. Nobody cares, least of all Rockstar. What little brand recognition RDRev brought lost it's value after RSRed took off the way it did. Red Dead Redemption 2 is by far the smartest title. Adding numbers to stuff makes them sell more.

I'm really excited to hear about the NX. Hopefully this week!

 

The rumors about NX are probably on point, but Nintendo might also show something that makes the NX weirder than expected. Can't wait.

I love GiantBomb so much but I just can't justify the premium subscription because I never find the time to watch anything. If they'd have more audio stuff I'd sign up in a heartbeat.

 

I believe you are able to sign up for just a month and download whatever videos you want to.

Is anyone in here familiar enough with the Witness that I could post a pic of a puzzle and get a hint? I'm stumped but I also don't want to ruin the game for myself.

 

I haven't played the game since January or February (whichever month it came out) but I did damn near 100% that thing so I'd probably be able to help you out.
