I have to admit that there's nothing coming out through the rest of this year where I'm like super excited and hyped for. Like I'm looking forward to playing FFXV and Last Guardian, but like I'm doubtful they won't get pushed into next year anyway.

Only game I'm super excited for is Persona 5 and that's not until next year, so this holiday season might see me save money. So I guess, silver linings and all.

 

BF1 and FH3 are probably the only new games this year I'll be getting, save for the random Indie title. Dad is actually picking me up FH3 so WOOT!

Jumped back into Alien Isolation since I beat Hyper Light Drifter. Beat the mission I was on and it felt great. Will probably sink further into that one this week or so.

 

GIANT SPIDERS. BIG FUCKING NOPE.

I just want Gang Beasts to release on PS4 after seeing it played yesterday.

Soooooooo I'm at the apartments section of Bioshock. Last section totally got me. Now I get the "A man chooses, a slave obeys" tattoos, tbh.

Like, holy shit.

 

Very few games have had me the way Bioshock did....so great when it all unfolds.

 

played about 8 hours of Resident Evil 4 this weekend. This is about my 4th time playing overall, but the last time I would of played it was 5/6 years ago. Maybe its because I played this SOOOO much as a kid, but literally every second of this game is iconic in my mind. Without a doubt my fav game of all time.

 

I feel like the ideals of Andrew Ryan are close with some of my beliefs and that is one of the many reasons Bioshock is such a great game to me. This is my favorite quote:
"The Great Chain is guided by our Hand"

 

Apparently you can get a Xbox One S for as low as $160 at Target online using store pick up. Was tempted but eh still going to wait for Scorpio haha

 

Ok do any of the Xbox or play stations play 4k blurays? Every time I google it I can't find a definitive answer

Xbox One S does, Scorpio most likely will. PS4 Pro does not.

Hopefully they have a great Halo 3 remake for next Fall.

I don't hate 343 in general, but do feel like they've made some big blunders that I just....cannot fathom their reasoning, specifically with Halo 5's campaign boss fights. Like, I honestly cannot understand how those made it into the game without ANYONE high up saying "This is a bad idea..." I have not come across a single person who defends them, and my brothers are die-hard MS/Halo fanboys to the end. Even THEY are like "....yeah don't know why those are in there..."

 

This is the only objective that I remember from Halo 4:

 

Loving RE 4. Started re playing Bioshock with the release of the collection on PS4, and it looks great. I remeber the water looked really great when it came out in '07. You can tell they touched it up more too because it looks even better. Rescuing all the little sisters on this run.

Yeah. First time playing REmake also this past four months has been really cool going through these games.
