I just saw one of the streamers I watch was playing the new BO3 dlc and the zombie map had dragons in it. What ever happen to the maps Easter eggs being so simple and fun?

I've been replaying Arkham Knight recently and my opinion on the game has totally changed. When I first played it last year, I was totally underwhelmed. But this time around, I'm having so much fun with it. I think the Batmobile is awesome- and yes, I'm including the tank battles in that!

i've heard a load of people with this reaction. it's so odd. a co worker hated it when it released and now he won't shut up about how amazing it is.

i've loved the game since day 1. fantastic game.

The first two games felt more streamlined I guess, more straightforward. Arkham Knight feels much more open and less linear (even though ultimately, I guess it is just as linear as the previous entries in the series). The map feels so much bigger than Arkham City. It's up to the player to pursue the side missions and lots of them aren't even marked on the map; for example you have to find the firefighters yourself with no arrow telling you where to go. It's really rewarding once you find them though imo. And I love upgrading all the gadgets, etc.

I think when revisiting it recently, I went in with no expectations and accepted the more open, freeform approach the game takes, and I loved it. I haven't played the first two in years now though so I could be making that up, haha.

Grabbed the Dishonored definitive edition, mostly for the DLC but also cause I never finished it on 360. Still have some personal issues with the powers/lethal attacks on enemies affecting the ending.

I prefer it now because at the time when I was first experiencing the story, the Batmobile parts felt so in the way of the narrative and completely removed me from the story. Then once I realized Rocksteady had been pulling Batman fan's chains about the Arkham Knight character, I was able to enjoy it more with expectations of the story pretty low.

The cunning stunts (dont mix those letters) update on GTA V looks awesome. I wish I had it for PS4 but I don't feel like buying and beating it again.

I played all of the Arkham games before I got really heavy into Batman, and now I read like a Batman arc a week and it's like my favorite form of entertainment and the damn games are done. The core game of Knight was perfect imo, but I can't think about it without thinking about the pc controversy or the ridiculous dlc stuff.

Party Hard is a lot of fun...

once I realized I couldn't just attack everyone out-right and then started being sneaky and using the world, it's really opened up. Good game to jump in for 20-30 minutes, play a level, and then move on for a few days.

Think I'm going to give Solus Project a try tonight, went live out of Preview and I had a blast with what I did in preview.

Always thought that game looked fun but the two people I saw play it (Angry Joe and Totalbiscuit) could barely get past the level they were on so I figured I'd be screwed.

Which game? Party Hard? Yeah, if you just straight kill peeps it doesn't work. But if you take it slow, catch people off by themselves, set traps and so on, it's quite easy and loads of fun.

Oh, yeah, sorry. They mainly kept getting seen and the super fast cops would bust them before they had a chance. TB didn't think it was super consistent (he loved it though). I might grab it if it's not rock hard. I still can't get past like the 5th level in Hotline Miami, haha, which that game makes me think of despite not being a twitch shooter

Yeah, I think if your thoughtful it isn't too bad. I am stuck around 6-7 in Hotline Miami and LA Cops I'm at 5-6 which is a Hotline-clone, so I am no expert at those games.

I also think the game reminds me of Hotline, which is why it had my interest initially. It was on sale for $3.75 or something so I couldn't say no to the price.

When Vivendi successfully takes over Ubisoft, I wonder if they will leave the Ubisoft name alone. I also wonder how many studios they will close :/ :cringe:
