T R A S H for some games. I remember playing Dead Island on it and the high latency almost made it unplayable. Some games worked fine, but it's definitely not worth the investment.

 

-It runs super well if you have capable internet (it will run a test before you subscribe to let you know how it will run for you).
-It's good if you switched over from a 360 to a PS4 and want to play some PS3 exclusives you missed

That said, I think it's still a bit expensive and the current library, for me personally, definitely isn't worth it.

You might end up liking it haha. It worked well for some games, but some were just borderline anemic quality wise. Those games that I had problems with must have been the titles high in demand or something.

 

Yeah, I guess it is SONY's attempt at backward compatibility. Like i said, I will just use the trial and see how I feel.

 

2TB in my PS4 is the best purchase I've made for it

 

I'm gonna have to remove my HDD when I buy the new PS System this year lol. oh well, at least it's easy enough. Hopefully PS NEO keeps it easy to install.

I wish Playstation Now wasn't shit so I didn't have to buy a PS3 (back again) to play all the games I missed.

actually was wanting to voice this opinion. i haven't played anything besides TWD S1 but i didn't always feel like my choices mattered in the major arc and that storylines ended up being a little too predictable. maybe it's because i'm really gunning for, like, superb storytelling in gaming, and Telltale is the closest we're at rn, but it left me a little underwhelmed given the acclaim it generated.

 

Play Life is Strange. Way better than any Telltale atm

as much as i liked life is strange, i still liked TTG's tales from the borderlands and the wolf among us a lot more. i don't think those should be overlooked at all.

 

Life Is Strange is good but I'll take every single Telltale game over it. They're making my favorite games right now

The GTA Online update is fantastic but I'm not rich enough to get the full experience. Why did I buy the yacht, the most expensive high rise apartment, another stilt apartment with the ten car garage, and a T20? I may be broke but at least I still look like a rich egotistical flog I suppose. It's all in the perception.

 

Telltale is nowhere near the closest we have come to superb storytelling in gaming.

I like Life Is Strange. But it was often cliche and predictable. And the ending they presented really screwed over a lot of character development and themes.
