I just had a game of Conquest where me(Hou Yi) and Athena were teaming up for the support lane against an Aphrodite and Skadi.

It was pretty even but we had an edge because of the Aphrodite non offensive ability. Athena proceeds to leave the game after dying like two times for no reason at all. They end up taking our lane because I can't fight both of them by myself.

This is a reminder why I never play Conquest. Ugh.

Overwatch is $50 on Amazon for everyone right now. I have no clue how long it will last though.

 

My copy shipped today. Excited to play in a couple days.

 

I also got the shipping email! I can't wait to play again because goddamn Uncharted multiplayer is infuriating.

 

What don't you like about it? I've enjoyed quite a bit so far

 

I guess my issue isn't so much with the game itself (although rolling being mapped to the same button as taking cover upsets me to no end) but the people I've played with. I just find that nobody plays it like the team game. Everyone plays it like it's COD. Which I guess is just an issue common with new games with multiplayer. Also I'm obsessed with getting relics so I can get more chests and it's a terrible addiction.

 

I guess I've been lucky in my matchmaking because I've had good teammates so far. I think the pacing really links it to COD because of the ability to run-and-gun. Despite that I think ND's done a great job with what they created.

Did you ever play Factions in TLOU? It's been one of my favorite online experiences because of the team play. You really had to play it smart because of the limitations to ammo/parts.

 

Even with all of the translation patches there is still enough left untranslated in PSO2 to be off putting, also the game looks so incredibly dated already.

 

Mutants and Manhattan and No Mans Sky soon. Anyone pre order Mutants in Manhattan?

 

I'm on chapter 15 of Uncharted 4 and I never want this game to end.

I really need to do some research on Overwatch, I'm debating on picking it up next week.

 

I'm terrible at Rogue Legacy.

 

Yeah, on Chapter 11 of UC4 and damn this game is amazing....may be a top 10 of all time for me. I feel like this is how people felt about the Last of Us, that I just never got haha

 

I feel the same way. Last of Us was always just okay to me.

 

YES! Thank you. I liked it, but 10/10 it was not for me at all. Didn't get that praise to be honest...

 

Doom is ridiculously fun. It's definitely the most I've enjoyed a first person shooter in years. Possibly ever.

 

I bought Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles a couple years ago just so I could unlock Symphony of the Night, but the game is so hard I can't get to the third level where the unlock is. Lol

 

Fake Ryan that I played with was better than real Ryan. I feel sad but also happy.

 

I hope I don't get sick of Overwatch fast lol.

 

Hahaha! Also what control scheme and casting do you use? I tried Savage but training the first ability never responded so I went back to the default. Not sure how much I like quick casting

I've been using whichever ones the game started me with to be honest. A quick check and my controller layout is savage and my cast mode is norma casting.

 

Ugh, just burned my thumb taking something out of the oven. Goodbye shitty oven mitt. Hoping it doesn't affect being able to play Overwatch tomorrow. It hurts, but I'm amused my greatest worry is how comfortable I'll be playing a game.
