Wonder if that livestream will turn into a single premiere at some point...

 

Don’t they still have to release the Observatory performance of TOCS?

 

Pretty sure it’s a new single. No way they have a new record ready to go.

 

Maybe an announcement of Observatory sessions for their last two albums?

 

There's a rumour going around that it's going to be a live feed of them while they're working on the new album.

Either that or a single. But their website links to a live feed that isn't up yet.

 

That'd be rad, I remember the livestream for Disambiguation (and Lost In The Sound Of Separation?) like it was yesterday. Weren't they using Stickam at the time?

 

It is a stream of them in the studio. I scrolled through and I was able to watch Aaron drumming and saw another spot where they’re sitting on a couch chatting.

 

I wonder if Grant and James will be part of the recording process this time around.

 

with the silly filter they have over the screens I couldn’t tell but I was totally looking for that lol. I could confirm seeing Aaron, Tim, and Spencer throughout the session.

 

I hope so. Would be weird if they aren't considering all the discourse about their absence last time.

 

Are they in the studio for a new album? Sounds odd that they would let people stream them recording.

 

Supposedly the numbers in the live video equal to coordinates for Robles Park in Tampa. A quick search for recording studios around there makes me think that’s where they are at the moment for these recording camera views

They’re currently in the studio streaming.

Looks like vinyl pressings are underway for the reissues finally.
