Retroactively regretted skipping out on this last year, glad to see it did so well and that it’s expanding!

Probably also one of the only times UL will ever play the northwest again in this lifetime.

 

If they’re even on our dates.

 

I'm guessing the bands will be adding shows between those dates, but because it's a craft beer festival I doubt the festival itself will be adding dates.

Pretty happy I didn't plan to drive out for this. Hope everything is ok with the Camp Cope camp (pun somewhat intended).

 

Not sure it's been mentioned but I heard Carnifex x oceano x spite is a tour

 

I had initially thought there would be a Thy Art/Carnifex/Oceano/FFAA tour, but this seems reasonable too.

Hmm if this is one bill that's going around at the time, then Thy Art Is Murder/Fit For An Autopsy/Enterprise Earth makes sense as another bill.

 

Crazy seeing Converge so far down on that bill.

 

not really. converge has a pretty consistent following as a cult band, but to say they've even reached the popularity of a band like underoath or even seether on the line above would be an exaggeration especially on a mainstream rock fest like download typically is. i say this as someone who loves converge as well.

 

I don’t think it’s wrong, clearly all those bands are huge. I just am surprised to see a vand like them that far down a bill

 

Downswing is from my hometown, I grew up with them. Not really a fan of their music, but they’re all good people

 

Enterprise Earth confirmed that they do have a tour announcement to make soon when they announced the they were on the Texas Independence Fest.

Against Me is also a lock for PDX, so yay!

Definitely going to that Taco and Beer Festival. I can't even remember the last time The Offspring played in Portland. Pennywise, Against Me!, Lit and Unwritten Law is such a stacked support bill as well.

 

The Carnifex tour is fucking stacked. there's a few other bands I think doing select dates.
