Yeah, I don’t understand what kind of incentive any band really has to sign with Victory unless it is pretty much the only option for that artist. You pretty much know if you get any success the label will find a way to screw you over. I felt that with Coffee Eyes, Broadside had a really good chance to put themselves on the map, but I have yet to really see them get on much of any big tour. The new album was pretty forgettable, but I felt like there was definitely some songs out there people may like.

Hope that tour hits here though Seaway is coming here next month with Silverstein so I'm not keeping my hopes up. Replace Homesafe and that lineup is amazing. Really want to see a Seaway headlining set and Trash Boat is finally doing another U.S. tour. Grayscale is touring a crazy amount, but I could never see them enough.

 

There's a Broadside song called Coffee Talk. I'm sure it was just a typo.

Well shit. I like Seaway enough to go to this if it comes through Portland at a convenient time in my schedule but I've been jamming Trash Boat hard lately. That's a bummer.

 

Silverstein and TA tour coming Monday.

 

Off topic but at Rock and Shock yesterday while Cane Hill was playing, the pit was very violent. One guy got knocked down and bounced his head off the floor and got knocked out and started bleeding, the singer of CH saw it and shrugged it off, I lost a lot of respect for him

 

Onward, etc. is cool. When I went to Warped Tour Chicago in 2015, I was feeling really awful so I sat in the acoustic basement all day, and he played right before Shane Told.

 

killswitch engage is going on a us tour early next year. some dates have been posted to their facebook page. so far its only 3 days. January 30th in Florida February 3rd in Indy and February 10th in okc

 

I'm sure we'll get at least a new song on this tour. They're demoing material now and Killswitch can pump out a lot of material in a short amount of time.

 

All Time Low is doing an acoustic show in Saginaw, MI on December 12th. Probably just a one-off, but still worth sharing.

 

It's another Killswith & Anthrax co headliner with Havok opening.
