Saw Trophy Eyes in Pittsburgh back in April and I was out of the venue at like 9:30. It was glorious. They did play a short set though, only like 10 songs, which was a bit disappointing but otherwise a great show.

 

because it sells out even tho its a shit show. presale for 2024 tickets is already happening.

 

TWA have a tour announcement for next week and later this month(latter for 2024)

 

I was supposed to go 2021… got down there and they told us they wouldn’t let us in due to capacity… bank denied the chargeback due to bracelets being scanned.. weird.

Why does that festival keep happening? Why do bands keep doing it? Why do people keep buying tickets to it? Why does the city keep allowing it?

 

I worked on booking these shows recently for any Minneapolis homies!

 

I hate how through all of this, a $4 bottle of water at festival seems pretty reasonable

 

$4 for water? These people haven't been to a festival in California where water is like $6 or $7.

Likely correct. That venue has been getting bigger pop acts in the realm of OR. And, it’s also the only arena in the entire Palm Springs area lol

 

there is a story that goes along with the water thing. Last year people felt they were price gouging for water so they said they would lower the prices, also I haven’t been to a DW fest but apparently waters at those are only a few bucks.

 

I saw Ellie Goulding at KTUphoria opening for The Chainsmokers in 2019, & her set was one of the best pop sets I've ever seen. I'm definitely gonna try to catch this, thank you for sharing!!

 

This should be cool. They need to a 20 year remastered deluxe as the other re-releases they did still left out songs.

One last Just Surrender show in Poughkeepsie.

 

Bearings dropped off their coheadliner with Just Friends due to being offered a tour they really wanted to do. Anyone know what it could be?

 

Lol that tour really fell apart with 2/4 bands dropping off. I feel bad for Just Friends, but I don’t think that tour was going to draw super well so I don’t blame Bearings or Youth Fountain for dropping to do tours that will expose them to bigger audiences.
