Got selected for The Cure! Hell yes.

 

Whoever gets The Cure tickets will not be disappointed. Saw them in 2016 and they play for almost 3 hours with 4 encores. Setlist changes by the day, but obviously they know there are certain songs they gotta play. They played almost all of Disintegration when I saw them. So wish I could see them again, but alas, already making trips to see The Postal Service/Death Cab and Botch so gotta pick the battles

 

I'm glad to see some people got selected, I'm one of the many who was waitlisted. I've also never been picked as a verified fan despite routinely spending several grand a year with Livenation/Ticketmaster

 

Not quite. Sold out Carnegie Hall last year, but a few days later he half sold Philly.

Grosses

Currently a few sell outs in Europe that look to be in the 1200-2300 range, but in NA so far its only a 600 cap in Calgary and 250 cap in Chester NY. 2 nights at a 900 cap in NH without a Boston show and he still can't sell out one of them.

I really don't think either are going to come anywhere near Turnstile but there are certainly people invested in trying to make that happen

We should probably have a thread here for those verified fans sale. For every one who didn't get selected there is probably at least one who did and can buy a ticket for more than one person.

 

Got our tickets for the Cure at MSG! Pretty crumby seats, way up in the 200s, but reasonably priced at $80 after fees.
There were even cheaper tickets higher up for 50 bucks after fees. My buddy didnt look at the lower bowl/floor prices though.

I got decent seats on the floor for miami. About 120 for a floor seat after fees. I was freaking out cause my code wasn't working at 1st

Nope but a friend did. Me, someone who buys tickets to like 30 shows a year, never been selected for a verified presale. My buddy, who just created his first ticketmaster account this year, gets selected.
They say it's random AI generated but something smells fishy.

 

JEW and MO tickets secured. I don't LOVE the Salt Shed but I'll deal.

I don't know how I feel about putting the entire venue up during a presale. Especially if the verified presale is randomly generated. You're just as likely to be shutting out real fans as you are shutting out scalpers.
