heard they left people stranded in the shuttle bus lines at 3am cause the shuttles were done running. Saw pictures of like trash mountains due to lack of trash cans. Just so much bad

Foreign Air currently has 858k monthly listeners on Spotify and just kicked off their tour a couple days ago.

Lol. They got it, it was Foreign Air. I didnt want anyone on the fence to be like 'oh man, im not gonna go if it'll be dead' or i didnt want it to seem like i was calling them out. Theyre one of my favorites and they put on a great show. I overthink things ha. A positive spin on it would be 'listen to and go see foreign air!' Help them get the show crowds i think they deserve.

EDIT: i also wasnt being evasive on purpose. I hadn't checked in on this thread so see people wanted an answer so bad

 

So this is Hawthorne Heights crowd at IFL in case anyone was skeptical about turnout

 

Wow! Good for them. They def earned it for a semi-hometown show

 

To be fair they also played at 6:15pm aka right before all the headliners. Peak slot placement to be in front of the most eyes

 

Counterpoint. Each main stage emptied out after each set.

 

There were a few non headliners after them actually.. Silverstein, senses fail, and the wonder years all played before the headliners.

 

More festivals should do the Glastonbury honor spot where a legacy act gets a huge set but not in a headliner slot.

 

I’ve never heard of Foreign Air.

Hawthorne Heights is self-aware and smart enough to give themselves a plum lineup spot. Good on them for having a great first year.

 

I mean they did put on the festival so it makes sense they’d get the best slot

 

So an update on the blue ridge situation apparently things have been so bad that they had a ton of staff quit yesterday or not show up today and are offering any joblo a $100 to be security and staff today. For a metal fest with 40k attending. Can we just end this disaster
