Rise Against/The Used/Senses Fail dates are up

 

Wish that tour was coming to Portland instead of Bend. That’s too far of a trip to make for a Sunday night show and Rise Against has skipped Portland three tours in a row now.

 

Rise Against is still big enough in SoCal to play The Forum yet in NYC they are stuck playing a 4k-capacity venue.

 

Who booked Rise Against in The Tabernacle?! I mean, sweet, but that’s… a couple thousand too small, easily. Especially with The Used supporting.

 

Venues seem kinda all over the place. They’re playing Petco Park in San Diego but also Norva in Norfolk

 

We need less all white dude tours in 2022 imho

RA played at The Tabernacle in January for their winter headliner so I don't think it's a bad idea for them to play there again.

 

I saw them there back in 2008, too. It just seems far too small. Underoath is playing there in a few weeks. I don't really think of them on the same scale.

Looking forward to seeing The Chicks this Summer. It’s weird because last night I was driving around for work and I thought to myself: “I hope the chicks tour this summer.” Since I assumed they’d tour last year on the Gaslighter album, but I get why they waited. Then I went to look up the last time they toured or came to this area. It was the first thing I saw when I opened Facebook this morning. Lol.

 

I'm so psyched that's hitting amphitheaters in the summer and not arenas in the fall, which is something I never thought I'd say.

 

Anyone know when Avril Lavigne is announcing her tour? I’m really liking her new album

 

I know everyone on the internet is still on the "fuck Senses Fail" train, but like that Rise Against tour is coming 5 minutes away from where I'll be going to school starting this summer. So I mean like... I'll probably be going.

 

I guess if they’re playing twice in a year it makes sense. Gotta be like the third RA run on this album right? They still haven’t came here.

 

Glad Jenny Lewis is getting some big opportunity like the chicks tour and harry styles. Well deserved

Yeah, the LA Kings’ AHL team, among others, play there. Holds around 10-11k for concerts

 

Living in Toronto I thought we were the only Ontario but between this and AEW being announced today I’m learning I couldn’t be more wrong

They have a fairly popular airport too... if you've ever seen Catch Me If You Can it's the airport in that movie (and other movie/tv productions).
