I just saw Dan post something on his Instagram the other day about building the set and practicing songs. Feels like he’s still confident about it.

War On Drugs posted a long update. No opener for the NA tour to tighten the bubble. Bummed since they mentioned Lo Moon were opening a number of dates.

 

Does Bottom Lounge do shows without a barricade?? I’ve been there several times and they’ve always had one up.

 

When I saw Cap'n Jazz in 2017 they played without a barricade. Its the only time that I have seen it without barrricade, but one can hope

 

I went there more than 10 times in the last 6 years and there was always a barricade.

 

They also added 2 more dates for the tour with Being As An Ocean, Thousand Below and Limbs:
01/25 Buffalo, NY
01/26 Albany, NY

 

No amount of pessimism about shows happening in the next couple months can stop me from buying a ticket to this.

Jason Isbell started his winter tour last night in Chattanooga, first shows he's played in about 3+ weeks I believe. Will be very curious to see how this leg goes for him since he's been pretty vocally in favor of Covid protections at his shows and he and his whole band/touring party seem to take it as seriously as possible. But with omicron who knows man

I did see that he doesn't have an opener for the first three cities because of a positive test in the opener's touring party

 

Free Throw kicked off their tour last night as well.
