damn. a big metal tour actually hitting Virginia? I'm shocked.

 

REALLY bummed this isn't hitting Dallas, but I get it since most of these bands have played here in the last 6 months. But this is a STACKED bill.

 

Those Thursday and Friday line-ups are stacked! Really stoked at all the opportunities Catbite is getting lately!

 

Not that this routing has them going to Texas, but there's definitely going to be some additional dates added once Municipal Waste and Obituary finish their current tours based on the current gaps.

 

I imagine some one offs for sure. I hope so at least

It seems there is a tour announcement of Touché Amoré, Vein, Dogleg and Foxtails incoming

 

I said "in the last 6 months" but I actually went back and looked, but Gatecreeper was only a few weeks ago, Enforced was here on Sunday, Obituary will be here in 2 weeks and Municipal Waste will be here in 3. I doubt they'll hit Texas with this tour, but maybe I'll get lucky and can go to OKC or something.

edit: it's all good though because I'll catch all of those tours except for the Obituary one (because I don't wanna pay $65 to see them open for BLS)

Take this with a grain of salt, but a buddy of mine at LN said Post Malone is going to be doing a co-headliner with Limp Bizkit. Rumored to be a revival of the Family Values tour brand.

 

Is Korn involved in some way too? I thought Family Values was their thing

I could definitely see Post Malone bringing LB on tour but that would never be a coheadliner haha he is literally one of the biggest artists

 

Yeah absolutely 0% chance Post is anything but the clear headliner if that happens

 

Wonder if that'll do arenas or ampitheaters

 

Probably amphitheaters, but it’d be fun if it was a Sad Summer-type setup haha

 

Fuck yes! Chicago exactly 1 month before my birthday!

 

Toronto date is the same night as Brockhampton, but the venues are 20 minutes apart by streetcar. Think I know what I need to do.

 

Post Malone / Limp Bizkit would be absolutely unreal.
