No way are they would play arenas. They never even reached that point during their peak. They could probably do large theaters/ballrooms if they returned, but arenas is a stretch IMHO.

    Things have changed.

Not a chance it would be arenas.

This was their biggest, most successful tour (“Most Nights” fun. with Tegan and Sara):
Jul 06: Toronto, ON – Downsview Park
Jul 09: Cleveland, OH – Jacobs Pavilion
Jul 13: Rochester, NY – CMAC
Jul 14: Columbus, OH – Lifestyle Pavilion (w/o Tegan and Sara)
Jul 16: Detroit, MI – Meadow Brook
Jul 18: Pittsburgh, PA – Stage AE
Jul 19: Philadelphia, PA – The Mann Center
Jul 20: Columbia, MD – Merriweather Post Pavilion
Jul 22: New York, NY – Hudson River Park – Pier 26
Aug 22: Denver, CO – Red Rocks Amphitheater
Aug 23: Salt Lake City, UT – Salt Air Outside
Aug 27: Lake Tahoe, NV – Lake Tahoe’s Harvey’s Outdoor Arena
Aug 28: Boise, ID – Idaho Botanical Garden
Aug 29: Portland, OR – England
Sept 04: Los Angeles, CA – The Greek Theater (w/o Tegan and Sara)
Sept 06: Berkeley, CA – The Greek Theater, UC Berkeley
Sept 07: Santa Barbara, CA – Santa Barbara Bowl (w/o Tegan and Sara)
Sept 10: Phoenix, AZ – Comerica Theater
Sept 12: Dallas, TX – Gexa Energy Pavilion
Sept 18: Boca Raton, FL – Mizner Park Amphitheater
Sept 19: Orlando, FL – UCF Arena
Sept 22: Whites Creek, TN – The Woods at Fontanel
Sept 24: Charleston, SC – Family Circle Cup Stadium
Sept 25: Raleigh, NC – Red Hat Amphitheater
Sept 26: Chalottesville, VA – nTelos Wireless Pavilion

Someone will say BUT THEY DID ONE ARENA ... an outlier. They could do 5-9K tickets in most markets at their peak.

I’m very conflicted on this. It’s close enough to me that I could go without missing work. The lineup is sick.

but the allegations against ADTR and the way they’ve brushed them aside PLUS the fact that I’m seeing The Ghost Inside a week later at riot fest really make me lean towards skipping this.

I don't listen to heavy metal so maybe the logos or whatever appeal to fans, but I can't remember the last time I was able to actually read a heavy metal concert poster.

I still can't read the main one. Just looks like a Rorschach to me

If they only did 4-5 major cities in NA they could do arenas since people would travel. I don't know if there is THAT much nostalgia for Fun at this point but I think they could fill Barclays here in Brooklyn if they had decent support.

  13. This is not a hard decision. Especially when the Ghost Inside has a history of racism. Don't go to either.

If you’re already going to the TGI show I would skip personally. That’ll be a better show anyways

They fired their bassist immediately after the claims were made public, what else am I missing?

edit: yikes, didn't realize they brought him back

Definitely trying to hit up that Meshuggah tour. I love Torche and have never seen them live, but it concerns me that most people I know who have seen them say they're awful live.

I saw Torche at Fest a while back. From what I remember I had a great time, but I was also probably somewhere between 6 and 16 PBRs deep so… do that if you see them.

I saw them twice. Once with Boris and the other time with Converge. They were great. The second time they played a lot of songs from Harmonicraft. They also dedicated both sets to musicfan10
