oh my god, I'm back on my bullshit Prestigious

I doubt the majority of STYG's fanbase would like the early stuff though

I used to listen to STYG 12 years ago and tried to listen to some recent stuff. It sounded like a different band altogether.

I forget that that's on The Hope Division. I always associate it with Diamond for some reason.

I think it depends on the crowd. On the recent tours they done with Knocked Loose/Rotting Out and Terror/Counterparts, I think the crowds would have eaten up the older stuff. This is More consistently gets the biggest reaction every time I see them. If they're playing something like Warped Tour or playing with "less hardcore" bands, then they're probably going to please the crowd with more recent material.

  8. I did not realize until right now that old STYG just sounds like Parkway Drive

My Chem UK dates popped up on Facebook, along with festival dates in Hungary (Aug 5-11)

I doubt that is a trust source as they have dates for like every band and all during the same time period not every single band will be over seas at the exact same time

and those dates where posted the day they announced they where back

I mean going to Manchester Events Facebook page there’s no date overlap with other bands, and they’ve got other big artists too. Not saying it’s real, but it’s interesting

I mean Sziget Festival is during those dates in Budapest so it is plausible

They are from Chicago and super popular here. I saw them over the summer at Pitchfork Festival and they were good. They just released their second album but have been around since I believe 2015. The band formed from the band Smith Westerns and the drummer was (is?) in Unknown Mortal Orchestra.

They’re a nice Li’l indie band but they have a DEVOTED af fan base.

Man that is an awesome lineup, I don't think I can commit to another 3 day punk festival but I'd love to hit that

  25. SPine

They're from Chicago. Definitely not a band that most people on Chorus would be in to. They're a great live band. The drummer is also the singer and they usually have about 7 people on stage.
