I don't think they could decide between Franklin Music Hall or the Electric Factory for Philly lmfao

I'm taking a day off work for the Tinley Park date. It starts super early and also there's no way in hell i'm driving there after work on a workday. Never again.

The irony is that it's a summer festival and most of these are aimed for people who don't really work on summer (mainly high school kids) but these kind of bands are more appealing to people 25+ that do work and have dayjobs.

really interested to see what sells better. Disrupt or Sad Summer? i'm far more excited for Sad Summer but they are both great lineups.

Yeah I was thinking something like this or similar would be how Warped evolves. I can see even ditching the festival during the weekdays - just have the weekend "fest" dates be a cross-stitching of more specific traditional tour routings that would be doing club dates and such. Basically a few different tours meeting up on the weekends to form a fest, maybe throw in one-off additions or bigger headliners for various weekends.

I think sad summer booked more appropriate venues for the lineup it has, it probably is underselling itself in some markets. Disrupt has larger headliners but the venue choices are quite ambitious in comparison. Sad summer definitely has enough appeal to sell out some of those clubs/outdoor stages but I doubt disrupt could sell out the amphitheaters

Another SIO tour dang. I'll probably attend and most likely will leave after emarosa.

I honestly love that we have both Sad Summer and Disrupt. It’s not Warped but it’s something to fill that void a little bit.

After going to Warped every year since 2013 and having plenty of good times and memories, I think I’m pretty much ready to never go to another big outdoor festival again when I can see my favorite band play a 300 cap room for $15 in a month and a half
