Someone tampered with the wash machines in the communal laundry near me by putting fabric softener or some other sus liquid in that portion of the dispenser preventing people from using it. The office is closed so it’s not like I can notify the staff. I had to use the other laundry room which has poor ventilation so that the windowed door is all fogged up

 

Literally anytime a package is delivered to me via FedEx it always arrives late.

 

Also I just started getting my nails done. Like most basic cheap tier of manicure they offer and it still feels like a huge luxury for me. I started following the nail tech on social media and she doesn't like demand or insist upon it, but def reposts things that are nice to do for your nail person like bring them a coffee or buy them breakfast and I'm like ummmm... sis what? I'm paying for this luxury thing already and I give a tip and now we're normalizing buying you treats also? At the least she seems to often knock off some of the cost of service if u do, but it's odd to me. I feel like I'm not in the inner circle because I'm not doing that unless we develop a friendship rapport idk.

 

Both my parents worked for fedex and let me tell you what a shit ass company.

 

I am quitting cigs right now.

My biggest annoyance right now: I want to smoke a cigarette. Also it sucks because the first cig after days of not smoking is one of the best Nicotine highs you ever had, and it makes you want one even more the longer you go.

 

I get so unreasonably irritated at how my mom texts that I just don't text in the group chat with my mom and sisters anymore. She reacts to all the texts and then doesn't read them properly and doesn't respond in relevant ways because of it. And instead of saying "oh my god" she says "oh my gawsh" and that's unreasonably irritating to me also. She knows how to hit every nerve without actually doing anything that objectively annoying so I feel like a jerk.

 

Absolute pinnacle of first world problems here but the trend (or maybe it’s always been this way idk) of reality / challenge shows going from 2 people / groups in the finale to 3. It almost never seems to pay off to have 3 but it seems like every show goes this route (Survivor, Master Chef, Next Level Chef, Lego Masters, Ink Master, MTV Challenge, etc.) and it must be popular since so many shows have done this over the last decade.

Working with people 10 years younger than me is so frustrating. I work a job where you can be any age. You can be 18 or you can be 50. It’s just the amount of experience and/or licensure. I try to keep myself updated on knowledge and new findings. These kids literally question me about everything. They act like I’m talking out my ass and make shit up just to say it. I reminded a worker about something I literally asked about and she goes “I’m gonna ask so and so. That’s not correct” when i literally JUST asked “so and so” for clarification on something. I pass along info just for them to say im wrong (when im not bc I can support my claim). I’ve proved them wrong so many times.

THIS IS WHAT PEOPLE MEAN WHEN THEY TALK ABOUT THE YOUNGER GENERATION NOT LISTENING. I supervise (or lead) 4 other people and they don’t fucking listen!!

 

Yes!! I have to keep repeating myself about the same things over and over and it’s never ending!! I’ve put notices/reminders up. Instructions straight of the owners/operating manual. Nope. They don’t care. They just do as they please

 

Son of a bitch we lose an hour of sleep this weekend.

The person behind me is playing their music so loud I can hear the bass. Inconsiderate entitled people. I want to call in a noise complaint but I don’t think it’s even worth it. Nothing happened last time I complained (with the noisy people). And I’m suppose to be moving. Also I read the reviews (since moving in 4 years ago) on my apts and it looks like im not the only one who had annoying noisy neighbors and people mentioned nothing happened. Not security or management did anything.

 

So I complained and I think security came by and the music just got louder!!

 

The search engine on setlist fm is so bad. I looked up “nine inch nail” (no s on accident) and it said no results lmao
