It was more than a tiny annoyance but whatever, I’ll still post this here.

today was an absolutely psycho day on the roads. Witnessed three separate extreme road rage incidents, almost got absolutely obliterated by an oncoming car changing lanes on a divided highway, almost watched a family of ducks get obliterated (thankfully didn’t happen), saw some of the strangest and dumbest 18-wheeler decisions in my life, nearly got reversed into a few times and a few more chaotic moments I can’t remember. Was legit spooked by the time I was finally making my last drive of the day to get home and stayed on quieter, slower roads but I really felt like I was tempting fate to do anything riskier lol

Matched with this guy on hinge but he seems boring. Plus he’s the type that doesn’t fully read your profile bc he asked me what I was looking for so I told him what my profile stated is what I’m looking for. He doesn’t have anything on his but low key admitted not looking for anything serious which is not what I’m about. He seems to think “serious” means hooking up from the start. He also doesn’t put any effort into asking me questions so I feel like it’s one sided. He’s the one that “wants to get to know someone as friends first and “see where it goes”” *eye roll emoji* I hate that phrase. Also admitted he has no issues getting girls so he low hey comes off full of himself.

Thanks! The best part about the ducks was that the car in the oncoming lane also stopped as the ducks passed and me and that driver were both smiling and awww’ing as the ducks crossed the road and then we gave thumbs up to each other as we passed and continued on our ways.

there are only a few fleeting moments when I feel positive about our species and one of those scenarios is seeing people stop to let ducks, cats, squirrels or whatever animal it is cross the road.
