When my guitar constantly goes out of tune

 

I used to work at a casino and gambling addictions are so sad. At least in my area it seemed to prey more on the elderly indigenous population which was depressing. They were so sweet and all practically lived at the casino. I'd work a morning shift and then come back later in the evening to see a movie cause our theater is at the casino and the same ppl would still be there gambling

Yep, SG Classic. The g string has always been a bit of an issue out but the past few days the g, b, and high e go all out of whack after a few bends.

 

lol have the exact same issue w my lp jr double cut. its sad because the thing sounds so gnarly and its probably the easiest playing guitar ive ever had but yea even the slightest vibrato will get the g out of whack. meanwhile my tele would probably stay in tune through a nuclear apocalypse

 

It's the week before spring break for those that get a break (ie not me lol) and it's snowing smh

 

When someone compliments my graphic tee that they can’t actually see because it’s partially obstructed by my jacket

Placed another amazon order. It said I had about $14 “promotional balance” and I selected to use it on top of my credit card. I looked it up bc I was unsure what it meant as I recall using up my gift card. The balance wasn’t deducted from my total so I thought it wasn’t applied. I looked to see where I can find this balance and it said I don’t have any. Confused. Annoyed.

 

The fact that I can’t find sriracha in the stores and upon looking up online, there’s still a shortage

Tonight is the first night I'm staying in my new house which is great butttt my basement the previous owner apparently kept their dog down there. They just let it pee everywhere and you can tell bc it does not smell good at all. I've tried everything I can think of and the smell is going away some but being in the house all day today, every time the heat kicks on the smell comes up through the vents and it's awful. I've bleached it. I've used vinegar water. I've used OdoBan. I have containers of charcoal and baking soda sitting all over. I have air freshners everywhere. Idk what else to do. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it bc it's not pleasant to say the least lol Can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can open some windows and air the house out some but it's too cold right now to do that.

 

Is it carpet or flooring. They should have replaced it either way

 

Some channel apps on my FireStick (maybe everywhere) are so erratic at times.

watching a show and after episode 5 ends, it starts playing an entirely different show even though there are 7-8 episodes left of what I was watching.

I go back to the show screen and it says the next episode I have to pay for, which seems odd as the season is a few years old so why would that be. Then I look to the episode after that and it’s the same episode (episode 6) but this one is included with my membership like the rest of the episodes. Didn’t look very long but couldn’t see any reason why there would be another episode 6 and why this one you would randomly have to pay for. Maybe a weird temporary glitch, but makes me wonder how often something like that happens now that seemingly everything is on an app / streaming service.

 

It’s an unfinished basement so it’s just cement which is why I think it’s so hard to get the smell out bc it’s porous so it just soaked it all in ugh

 

As mentioned above. It’s most likely the floor, maybe the walls. Depending on what you have down there, one thing I would recommend when I was selling paint and flooring at Home Depot and later speciality places is some kind of odor sealing primer. There’s a few different products that claim to work for odor, but there is this gnarly stuff called shellac-based primer that reeks but locks in everything. We used to sell it people with rentals who had to tear out pet stained carpet all the time. Put that on the subfloor if it’s wood or cement and then put whatever flooring or floor paint on top of that and it should help a lot. Only if nothing else works though

 

Thank you! If I keep cleaning it and it still doesn’t work I will definitely try this. I’m willing to try anything bc the smell is just so awful.

 

I would be very confident that it would help significantly if not completely cover it up. Just be sure to go to a paint place where the employees actually know what they’re talking about to learn about it

 

People at work that call me and the call should last 2 minutes but they keep talking in circles for 30+ minutes.

 

The worst.

Also people that block the aisles or entrance without regard for anyone else or just leave their carts in an inconvenient spot for everyone while they go grab something.

 

when the audio gets a little bit off of the video in a movie/tv show.

 

How "watching tv" is never seen as an acceptable answer to the "what are your hobbies?" Question. People always chuckle and I'm like no but really...

 

Similarly how we're all expected to have hobbies

 

Having no friends. I got my living room set up and am getting my kitchen together and was thinking it would be so nice to have people over and we could play games and I’d make lasagna or something and then I remembered I have literally no one to invite soooo looks like it’s gonna be lasagna for 1 this weekend!
