I ordered that "viral" okaysou air purifier off amazon because thats where I got the best deal. I originally wanted to order directly from the site. I also came across another-like site (okausoupro), but something looked off. Like it didn't look like their legit site (I even got an email from something called Ucreation saying to complete my purchase. I didn't even create an account but was in the process of checkout). Okaysou also has a "main" website. So yeah. Not only that but when I looked at the order policies (I forgot what it was actually called), it didn't talk about air purifiers, but talked about clothing.

edit: I looked at other brands of air purifier and what sqft they covered and compared the price. so another reason why i went with that brand

I have this friend that I have known for like 10 years, and I can only hangout with him about once every month or couple of months because he says and does shit that piss me the f off. To start, he constantly interrupts me every time I try to talk about something. I have voiced my frustration about it, and told him dude can you let me finish talking, every time i talk you interrupt me. He will apologize and then do it again just to piss me off. Then when I talked about my frustrations at work and how I'm underpaid and I've pushed for a higher raise etc, he tried to tell me that if you hold a certain license they legally have to pay you a certain amount, when I said no tf they don't (because they dont), he tried to argue that I'm work. But I'm not. That in my type of work, it's up to the owner. Among other work related frustrations he thinks he understands, but he doesn't. (Don't worry I'm working on leaving. My work will totally crumble in pieces without me.)

Idk if this is an everybody thing or not, it’s not even super common for me. But when your eyes randomly go out of focus and there’s nothing you can really do but wait it out for the 5-10 seconds or whatever

 

I have this happen in the mornings sometimes and I have to blink rapidly to get them back in focus

 

My eyes are always out of focus

 

How relentlessly food-obsessed my cat is. She starts begging, knocking shit over, and loudly chewing on things to get a rise out of us a good 2-3 hours before it's time to be fed. She bats my fiance in the face at 4 in the morning and sometimes bites her to wake her up. We ignore her, but it's very tiring. She will eat literally anything and steal food directly from your hands.

My cats consistently wake me up like 45 minutes before I have to get up for work and it's the bane of my existence because I cannot fall back asleep

 

feel like the Facebook algorithm fucked me over yesterday or something. I've never had this tepid of a response to me releasing a new book. oh well.

 

I feel like facebook's algorithm has gotten way worse over the last few months

 

Started looking for a new job last week — why do so many companies ask for a resume and cover letter, but then still require you to fill out your employment and work history separate from that? Just look at the resume man that’s the point!!

This shit drives me nuts, last time I was looking for a job it got to the point where I wouldn’t even apply if they required a cover letter. Good luck with the search!

 

When systems at work are broken and IT/leadership just tells you to do a convoluted workaround rather than actually addressing the issue

Insane that I had to spend $12 to get 6 paper images of checks I’ve written, when my bank’s app only goes back like 8 months.

 

Had to go to the bank on my lunch break and it’s in a not-so-good area the best way to put it. A lot of weird people. Oh and there’s one bank teller.

 

It’s funny how as rent prices go up, the security deposits just match…because most places ask for a months rent as a security deposit. As if, the nicer of a house I rent, it’s assumed I’m going to do even more damage

clearly just an easy way for landlords to line their pockets. There needs to be some sort of cap, cause they always just keep it regardless.
