There’s a fancy private high school right next to my local YMCA and 2 or 3 days a week a bunch of teenagers come in, dick around, and then I’ll see them leaving in their parents Teslas and boy, I hate it

Another work tale of “life is a sitcom”.

Because I’m a detail freak and like staying on top of things I keep detailed notes of all of my projects to save my sanity.

Today, sales tried to brush off several errors they made regarding one of my projects and then tried to print the blame at me. So, I utilized my detailed notes to show that no, I didn’t shit the bed on this project. After showing the team my detailed notes to prove where they were wrong / mistaken I then get chirped at by the sales person that was most wrong / responsible that I am “out to get them” because I have all these notes and if I didn’t spend time putting all these notes together maybe I could have caught their error sooner!!!!!!!

I’m just like… that’s not how this works, I didn’t put this list of details together on the fly to try and “get you” lol
