their best work is charmer

 

Yeah, I became a fan with spin, but Charmer is probably their best album.

 

Spin is their best work

 

They are one of those really consistent bands for me, nothing blows me away but I enjoy it all.

Spin and their latest album are my favorites. The one I don’t really come back to is Two Worlds.

 

i don’t like two worlds all that much but i listen to test patterns and coil/recoil like once a week

 

I won’t care has overtaken spin for me

 

The drums on the latest record alone make me love that record the most now.. Spin is fantastic and my favorite version of "Make It Up" is with the new drummer and its a live session. (Ben did the drums on the album)

 

Revisiting Spin after hearing Charmer and IWCHYRM yesterday and I think that it might be my least favorite of the 3, if only by a hair, but it has far and away the best motifs of the records. The title track being dropped in Guardian and Window are incredible and perfectly spaced out.

Neat that we're getting an EP next month. I don't think this song is particularly noteworthy in their catalog

Song sounds fine but unremarkable. Think this band might’ve changed enough to simply not be for me anymore.

I’ll probably tune in for the next record but my most recent favorite thing this band put out was the incredibly great Studio 4 Acoustic Session (which was 7 years ago), and before that Charmer. I just can’t get into anything after Adam left.

 

EP is good.
