as i was picking songs for my list i realized most of the city tracks work best as pieces of the whole album

Agree album is perfect as a whole but damn they have so many amazing songs it's hard to pick 10

 

Picking 10 Thursday songs is impossible. But here:

It's ridiculous that basically none of my top 10 are shared by anyone else... outside of Jet Black New Year? Damn. Speaks to Thursday's tremendous discography.

But yeah you cant go wrong with any top 10 here, their discography is one of very few that id call "perfect"

 

This band was my favorite band for the longest time. They don't really have any bad original songs

 

I can't think of a better name, honestly.

I started by listing songs that I love from each album and came to about 40... it was a real struggle to narrow it down.

2. The Other Side of the Crash

8. For the Workforce, Drowning

This list is fairly different from the list I made a couple months ago. I suspect it'd be different again if I wrote it in a different mood tomorrow.

 

Maybe I'm crazy, but I think Panic on the Streets of Health Care City is a much, much better version of The Other Side of the Crash. The lyrics are just phenomenal. The energy is more intense. I enjoy it so much more.

 

It's definitely the most underrated Thursday track out there. Great pick.

Oh, man. Panic is cool, but I think they refined it a lot in The Other Side of the Crash. I get chills when Other Side hits its climax.

 

I looooooove The Other Side Of The Crash. That song has such an intense build and beautiful climax.

 

No Devolucion is a masterpiece. Carry on.

 

I remeber vividly the first time the whole album clicked for me. It was during A Darker Forest for my fifth or so listen, and got so jazzed remebering Sparks and Empty Glass would be later in my listen.

 

Was Magnents Caught In A Metal Heart the first track from that album that we all heard? I remember people being super lukewarm on it
